You can request changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, orders are processed for shipping and cannot be modified or canceled.

3. How to Request a Change or Cancellation

To initiate a change or cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account: If you have an account, log in to access your order history. 

  • Contact us: Reach out to our customer support team via email at help@xorose.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the requested change or cancellation.

4. Confirmation of Changes or Cancellation

Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide confirmation of the change or cancellation via email. If the request is within the 24-hour timeframe, we will do our best to accommodate it.

5. Limitations

Please note the following limitations:

  • Shipping Process: Orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery. Once the 24-hour window has passed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

  • Custom Orders: Customized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation or modification.

6. Refunds

If your order is eligible for cancellation within the specified timeframe, a refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
